We analyze project’s priorities, objectives, partners and management to identify its unique value proposition and express it through powerful design identity to improve the project’s acceptance, support, and success.
We act as cross-sector partnership brokers to identify and engage private and public sector actors in social good initiatives. We develop corporate community engagement strategies, we advise social impact projects on strategy and action planning and we help to negotiate roles and responsibilities between partners. We develop communication plans to ensure all stakeholders and beneficiaries share the best results from these partnerships.
